Step 1

Mix lime zest, chilli flakes, paprika, cumin, and salt in a small bowl.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Makhana and toss 4–5 minutes until warm and crispy.

Step 3

Remove from heat. Immediately squeeze over lime juice and toss well.

Step 4

Add spice mixture and toss vigorously to coat every pop.

Step 5

Taste and adjust. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
