Ingredients
- 120g Nutriva Foods Lightly Salted Makhana
- 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- ½ tsp rock salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- Optional: pinch of chilli flakes
Method
Step 1
Heat ghee in a wide non-stick pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Step 2
Add Makhana, toss to coat. Spread into a single layer.
Step 3
Stir continuously 5–6 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 4
Remove from heat. Toss with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
Step 5
Spread on a tray to cool 2 minutes — they crisp further. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar up to 5 days.
