Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa+)
- 80g Nutriva Foods Lightly Salted Makhana
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp flaked sea salt
Method
Step 1
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Step 3
Pour onto lined tray, spread to ~3–4mm thickness.
Step 4
Scatter Makhana, cranberries, and seeds across the surface, pressing lightly.
Step 5
Finish with flaked sea salt.
Step 6
Refrigerate 45 minutes until set. Break into shards to serve.
