Ingredients
- 80g Nutriva Foods Lightly Salted Makhana, roughly crushed
- 400g thick Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp cumin seeds, toasted and crushed
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to garnish
Method
Step 1
Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan 60 seconds until fragrant. Crush lightly.
Step 2
Whisk yoghurt until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in crushed Makhana, toasted cumin, cumin powder, mint, and salt.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Step 5
Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with paprika and mint leaves.
Step 6
Serve immediately alongside curries, grilled vegetables, or as a dip.
